Shipping & Returns
Most stock items ship within 24 hours. Orders must be received by 2:00p, Pacific Time for same day shipping. If you have any special requests, (i.e. expedited shipping), please call us at 909-476-1100 and speak to one of our customer representatives.
Most items ship FOB Origin Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Some products are shipped from the factory and freight is billed from that location.
We generally ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We do not have an account with FedEx. We charge an additional fee of $7.50 to ship via Fed-Ex and transit times are delayed by up to 2 days. Shipping surcharges will apply for large and oversize packages.
Please note that some equipment can only ship via LTL freight to a commercial address unless otherwise specified. If LTL is to a residential address, we will contact you for further details as this would could increase your freight rate. You may also arrange freight shipping on your own. If you do, you MUST provide a filled out BOL (bill of lading).
For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any and all custom fees, duties, taxes and tariffs.
Customers who provide a UPS, FedEx or other shipping account number to Excel Packaging Systems Inc for billing purposes warrant that the account number is valid and that customer has full authority to use such number. If the number turns out to be invalid, customer authorizes Excel Packaging Systems Inc to bill the customer directly for any unpaid shipping and handling fees. In addition, Excel Packaging Systems Inc reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional handling fees or costs as a result of an invalid account number.
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you believe any items are damaged or incomplete, do not accept the item(s) delivery. Please return the item(s) to the carrier, properly note the damage or loss on the bill of lading, and contact Excel Packaging Systems Inc immediately. By accepting such item(s), you accept full responsibility for the condition and relieve Excel Packaging Systems Inc of any liability with respect to the damaged item(s).
Returns & Exchange Policy
No products are to be returned for exchange or credit without prior authorization from Excel Packaging Systems, Inc. Products returned without EXCEL's prior authorization will be refused. Please contact us at 909-476-1100 to request an RMA form. Excel Packaging has the sole authority to make any deviations to this policy.
To complete your return, we require an invoice number for proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept a return or offer you a refund or exchange.
Parts - must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as received.
Equipment - must be returned on the original pallet with the original shipping crate or box.
Shrink Film - each roll must be returned in its original corrugated carton or an equivalent box.
Electrical parts - cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 909-476-1100.
If the item(s) that you received were incorrect, we will provide return shipping to our facility and cover cost associated to sending you the correct item(s). If you are returning an item due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to us. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping to send the new item(s) back to you. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply to any return.
